How to use a peri bottle

Peri bottles are SO helpful during that initial postpartum recovery phase. 🚽 Today we want to share two tips with you to help you get the most out of your peri bottle: 1️⃣ Start spraying the peri bottle BEFORE you start urinating. 2️⃣ Fill an insulated water bottle with warm water at the beginning of the day and keep it in your bathroom.
