In October 2024, La Crosse Public Library received a $3 million Flexible Facilities Grant to modernize existing library spaces. This special funding allows us to make needed building and broadband upgrades without using local taxpayer dollars from our day-to-day budget. Construction began this summer! This project is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our facilities and create more comfortable, functional, and flexible spaces for all community members. Renovations will include new and update
