A conspiracy theory arguing the 49ers' rash of injuries is tied to an electric substation near the team's practice facility made it all the way back to the players.

The Patriots cornerback has been in the concussion protocol this week and was a full participant in Thursday’s practice, but Vrabel has deemed him a game-time decision. Harold Landry (knee) and Terrell Jennings (concussion) are also listed as questionable.
