Pretty sure you could do something like Dispatch with almost any supers RPG. Point-based ones might even be the best choice, since they tend to be easy to adjust opposition levels on the fly with some expectation of retaining balance. That said, I do love me some Sentinels.

While the RPG was a trendsetter during the birth of the OSR, it will be hard for Labyrinth Lord to compete with the variety of games out there already. But I'm nonetheless glad to see such RPGs still getting support, like with Swords & Wizardry's 2023 revision.
